Courtney is highly organized and knowledgeable in all aspects of sales, negotiation, marketing and deal management. She is very experienced in new construction sales – from running large projects, to smaller one or two unit developments. She has also managed the sales many resale properties, from townhomes to condos, to multifamily homes. For all of her listings, she handles a wide array of management and marketing activities, whether it be web based, social networking, calling potential clients, or following up with agents. She updates her sellers weekly on the progress of our marketing as well as buyer feedback. An experienced and skilled negotiator, she will always ensure that you get the best price for your home. Once your home is under contract, Courtney will make certain that every aspect of the transaction runs smoothly and all steps are taken to ensure your interests are protected, and your road to settlement is smooth and easy.
