There are dozens of finish options that can be customized to those buying a home early on the Postgreen Homes website. Bamboo or cork floors kitchen cabinet and counter options on the ground floor. Take your pick of 3 different plumbing fixture packages along with a variety of Energy Star appliances.
Postgreen Homes is building the most energy efficient homes in Philly. They are the only builders using super insulated double stud walls and triple pane windows sourced from Canada. These along with air tight construction and high efficiency HVAC systems produce the most efficient homes on the market with the lowest monthly utility bills.
Water conservation is a key goal in every Postgreen Homes project through the use of low-flow fixtures, dual-flush toilets, water efficient appliances and rainwater catchment systems.
